Terry Baker, who was 16 at the time of the murder, plead guilty to first degree murder as an adult on January 12, 2006.  She has

been sentenced to life in prison and will not be eligible for parole for 10 years.

The "then" 16 year old male, plead guilty to second degree murder on December 14, 2004 under the young offenders act.  On April 21, 2005 he was sentenced to 18 months in jail plus time served and 5 years supervised probation.       He is currently living at a halfway house in the GTA.

Bronson Penasse who was charge as an adult, plead guilty to first degree murder on October 14, 2005.  He has been sentenced to life in prison and will not be eligible for parole for 25 years.  He has also been added to the Ontario Sex Offender Registry.
